產(chǎn)品概述
        該產(chǎn)品是充油密封型。原理同密封型電力變壓器，非晶合金的基礎元素是鐵、鎳、鈷、硼、碳等組成。是一種向同性的的軟磁材料，磁化功率小，厚度很薄，只有0.027mm,填充系數相應變小，只有0.75～0.8，電阻率很高，是硅鋼板的3～6倍，硬度是硅鋼板的5倍。
        SH15-M-30～2500/6～10系產(chǎn)品，空載損耗在GB/T6541標準值基礎上下降70%。

        執行標準GB/T25446-2010《油浸式非晶合金鐵心配電變壓器技術(shù)參數》。

Product Overview

This product is oil-filled and sealed. The principle is the same as that of sealed power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, boron, carbon, etc. It is a isotropic soft magnetic material with small magnetizing power and very thin thickness, only 0.027 mm. The filling coefficient decreases correspondingly, only 0.75~0.8. The resistivity is very high, 3~6 times that of silicon steel plate, and the hardness is 5 times that of silicon steel plate.

SH15-M-30 ～ 2500/6 ～ 10 series products, the no-load loss is 70% lower than the standard value of GB/T6541.

The standard GB/T25446-2010 Technical Parameters of Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Core Distribution Transformer shall be implemented.

注二：對于額定容量為5000KVA及以下的三相變壓器，表中斜線(xiàn)上方的負載損耗值適用于Dyn11聯(lián)結組，斜線(xiàn)下方的負載耗值適用于Yyn0聯(lián)結組。
